Ora's Light of Hope NFP began with a simple yet profound idea: to create a community day center in Chicago that serves as a pivot of integrated services. Our inspiration stems from a deep commitment to uplifting individuals and strengthening community bonds through comprehensive support and resources.

We offer educational programs ranging from early childhood education to adult learning and vocational training, recreational facilities with safe spaces for sports, arts, and community activities, and support services providing access to preventative healthcare, counseling, and social services. Additionally, we offer faith-based programs and spiritual counseling, community events like cultural festivals and volunteer opportunities, and outreach/home visits to connect individuals with necessary support services.
